    The first thing I connected the image with was the "C" of the CSUB logo.

    If you don't know what I am referring to check out the image at http://www.bakotopia.com/file/picture/67985/1/0/

    Although, If I happen to be incorrect it kind of looks like it is an abstract sun, then clouds, then maybe the ocean with the lighter blue being a wave, if you look at it as a horizon with no depth.

    it reminds of a waterfall.. but it does look like part of one of the letters of the csub logo

    Yes it does look like the C in the CSUB logo. but it also looks like something in the sky.
